Frida en Riso is a colorful tribute to Frida Kahlo created using Risograph printing, a process that layers individual ink colors one at a time to build the final image.
Part of the magic of Riso is that those layers don't always line up perfectly. Slight shifts in registration, ink coverage, and texture are part of the process, meaning no two prints are exactly alike (check out image 7 for better understanding). These little variations aren't flaws, they're what give each print its own character and make the one you take home uniquely yours.
